There are zero additives in the ingredients: the noodles are made with additive-free premium all-purpose flour with Spanish sun-dried sea salt. The source of Chiahe noodles ingredients is transparent, and one only needs to scan the QR code on the package to read the production records. The same high standards are applied in commissioning a 80-year-old noodles factory - Noodles Origin Corp. for the production. Noodles Origin is Taiwan’s first mechanized noodles factory and has passed ISO22000 and HACCP food safety standards.
