Chiahe Flour [Annual Presentation Exhibition of Chiao Thai Hsing X Shih Chien University Department of Food and Beverage Management Pastry Class]

 

Chiao Thai Hsing Enterprise is rigorous in flour quality assurance, and also very devoted to its social responsibility. The company hopes to dedicate its efforts in talent training and teaching professional skills. The company has already collaborated with the Department of Food and Beverage Management at Shih Chien University for 6 years, and has long been providing flour, resources, and instructors to train professional bakers. Each year end, students showcase the skills they have learned throughout the whole year. This year’s Christmas theme was showcased with Chinese and Japanese pastries, western-style baking, and artistic bread. The abundance of creativity and energy displayed won the accolades of attending guests!

 

For the past 6 years, the students have been using “Chiahe flour” for daily practices, and obtaining great achievements and wonderful memories in domestic and international competitions, such as the Japan Cake Show Tokyo, the Culinaire Malaysia, the Taiwan Gâteaux Cake Contest, the National Skills Competition, and the “UniBread Bread Baking Newcomer Championship.

Chiao Thai Hsing wishes all the students great success in their studies and activities in the new year. The company hopes to share beautiful memories and wonderful achievements with the students again in the coming years.
